The solution
Our consultant discussed the requirements with the client on site. The current installation was also mapped out. Both the access system and the current intercom cannot be reused. Not only because the current cabling is obsolete but also because the current equipment has not been available on the market for quite some time.
Our consultant prepares a complete access plan. Here the customer's wishes are fully incorporated. The equipment offered uses both tags and technology via bluetooth. This also makes it possible to use the smartphone as an access device. The same system also has intercom capabilities, so the outpost can also be expanded with an access reader.
After our technician installs the system, it is connected to the server. Here we have provided an easily accessible online software system. This also allows the person responsible for the customer to log in remotely (from home) and make adjustments to the system.
Via the smartphone of the person in charge or the receptionist, it is possible to answer the intercom when they are not at the workstation. Also, the app on the phone is suitable for opening the barrier of the parking lot.
MKB Secure annually takes care of the technical maintenance of the access and intercom system, this includes updating the software and/or making adjustments to the system.
